Each dining room at Solenne Court operates on its own schedule, menu, and chef team. From first light to late evening, food follows the pace of the day — never the other way around.

Gallery Brasserie
Midday and early evening dining with a seasonal menu rooted in regional farms and coastal suppliers. Indoor and terrace seating with garden views.
Hours: 11:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

The Teal Counter
Evening tasting counter with a fixed-course menu that changes weekly. Reservations required; seating limited to fourteen guests per service.
Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Wed–Sat)
In-room dining
Full brasserie menu available for suite delivery around the clock. Orders placed through guest services; no online ordering through this site.
Policy
Dining and gaming remain separate
No gaming activity occurs in any dining room, terrace, or in-room service area. The 18+ gaming floor is located on a separate level with its own entry requirements. Dining reservations are handled by guest services — contact us directly to arrange seating.
