All gaming outcomes are determined by chance and established house rules. Solenne Court does not promise, imply, or advertise guaranteed wins, favorable odds, or returns of any kind. Past performance does not indicate future results. Play only with money you can afford to lose.

Age and access

  • The gaming floor is restricted to guests aged 18 and older
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry
  • Guests under 18 are not permitted on the gaming floor at any time
  • Gaming is located on lower levels, separate from suites, dining, and wellness
  • Visiting the gaming floor is entirely optional — not required for any stay

Financial risk

  • All gaming involves the risk of financial loss
  • Set a budget before you play and do not exceed it
  • Never borrow money to gamble or chase losses
  • Take regular breaks; gaming should not interfere with rest or obligations
  • Staff are trained to recognize signs of problem gambling

Self-exclusion

Guests may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the gaming floor through guest services at any time. Self-exclusion:

  • Applies to gaming floor access only
  • Does not affect suite, dining, or wellness privileges
  • Can be requested in person, by phone, or by email
  • Is honored immediately upon confirmation by guest services

Staff training and monitoring

All gaming floor staff receive responsible gaming training. We monitor for signs of distress and intervene when appropriate — including offering self-exclusion information and support resources. Underage access attempts are logged and reported in accordance with applicable law.
